1. No VPN Activity Logs

We do not monitor, log, or store your browsing activity, destination IP addresses, DNS queries, or traffic content. Your internet activity remains private and is never written to disk or transmitted to third parties.

2. Information We Collect

To provide our services, we collect only the following limited information:

• Personal Information: Your email address (if provided during registration, trial access request, or support contact).
• Unique Identifier: A system-generated ID used to authenticate your subscription and manage service access.
• Subscription Metadata: Subscription status, expiration date, and aggregate bandwidth usage (for quota enforcement only).
• Technical Data: Device type, app version, and OS version (for compatibility and support purposes).
• Purchase Information: Transaction identifiers and subscription state provided by Apple App Store or other payment processors. We do not see or store your payment card details.

We do not collect sensitive data such as contacts, photos, browser history, precise geolocation, or payment card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used strictly for:

• Providing and maintaining the technical infrastructure.
• Managing user subscriptions, trial access, and service entitlements.
• Sending essential service notifications (e.g., trial activation, subscription expiry reminders, or account updates).
• Improving service performance, reliability, and troubleshooting.
• Complying with legal obligations (if required by law).

4. Data Retention and Sharing

4.1. Retention: We store your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion. Subscription metadata is kept for the duration of your subscription plus a limited grace period for support purposes. Technical logs (if any) are automatically deleted after 30 days.

4.2. Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Data may only be shared with infrastructure providers necessary to operate the service (e.g., cloud hosting) or if required by law. All providers are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Rights

Our service is intended for general audiences and is rated 4+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us, and we will delete it promptly.
